Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about orders, shipping, products, and more.

Where can I find my order?
If you log in and go to "My account", you will find your order in the left menu of the page that appears.

How can I check the status of my order?
First, you need to log in. Then go to "My account". A page will load with all your personal details and orders. Click on "Orders" in the left menu. Here you will see the status of all your orders (canceled, in process, etc.). Once we have handed over the order to PostNL, the status is in the hands of PostNL, and you will need the track-and-trace code.

Where can I find my saved projects?
Go to "Select photo print", choose a new item, and click the "Next" button. A new page will appear. Click on "Load design", and a window will open with your saved projects. Here, you can edit a project or convert it into an order.

How will the MagFrame and/or photo print be shipped?
The MagFrame(-less) and/or photo print will be carefully packed and shipped via PostNL. Due to the size, this is usually not a letterbox package but a regular parcel. For photo prints only, it depends on whether it is sent in a tube or a letterbox package.

Can I change or cancel my photo print order?
This depends on whether the order has already been printed. Normally, it takes one working day to produce the photo print. If you contact us right after placing the order, we can cancel it. If you're too late, canceling and refunding is no longer possible. Please provide your order number immediately for quick cancellation.

I already have a MagFrame(-less). How can I order a new photo print?
Measure your MagFrame or MagFrame-less and go to "Photo print". Select your product, the size, and the orientation (portrait or landscape). Then click "Next", and you can upload a new image or use one that is saved in your account.

Do you have a user manual?
We currently do not have a user manual, but we are working on it and aim to have it ready before we go live.

I have received a gift voucher, how can I redeem it?
Log in or create an account on MagFrame.nl. Go to "Gifts & Vouchers" and enter the 8 digits or letters of your voucher. You can also check the balance under "Gift cards" in "My account".

What is the difference between a MagFrame-less and a MagFrame?
MagFrame-less: This is a borderless frame with an iron foil where you can attach a print on magnetic foil.
MagFrame: This is a framed box with a magnetic interior. You can attach a print on ferrous foil and easily swap it out.

The system doesn't accept my photo. What could be the problem?
Possible reasons:

  • The image resolution is too low for the chosen format.

  • The image format is not supported (only JPEG, PNG, and PDF are allowed).

  • The image is too large in MB’s.
