Reflection period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the initial shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary for us to resell it, we may deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
