Information on Returns & Complaints

Sometimes, things may not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an email to info@magframe.nl or info@magstuff.eu

If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

Returns 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop will be at your own expense. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the amount of the order within 14 days after your return request, provided the product has been received in good condition. 

Exceptions to Returns 

Please note: 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products: 

• Made by the entrepreneur according to the consumer’s specifications; 
• Clearly personal in nature; 
• Which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
